How performance at work gets affected by stress?
Going for work is a basic part of most of the individual’s lives, as it helps to pay bills, rent and other day to day expenditure. Everybody has a different reason for working, while some people work for pride and some are ambitious. No matter what profession you choose you are bound to encounter stress.
Stress does not affect in one particular way/method and how you deal with it defines the extent of stress. - If you are working in an IT company and you have a client who is not happy with your work, then you will give more attention to that particular client and at the same time you won’t be able to concentrate on your other clients. Stress and pressure means lack of focus and concentration as well as ability to do multitasking.
Make sure that you take proper steps to organize different issues in the office. If you are feeling stressed out then you find out the reason and think of some preventive measures for yourself.
