Indemnification
USER shall hold harmless, defend and indemnify Yourexpertadvisor.com as well as its workers, agents, representatives and employees against any damages, expenses or judgments cropping up due to claim, action or proceeding against Yourexpertadvisor.com to the level that it crops up from (a) violation of any representation, guarantee, agreement or contract to be performed by USER as per this agreement Agreement; (b) USER’S denial for payment of services offered by any Expert; or (c) any material or content posted on Yourexpertadvisor.com by the USER or passed on through it.
Limited License
YourExpertAdvisor.com grants its USERS an inclusive, revocable benefit to use the website provided that USER does not alter, duplicate, produce a derivative work of the same or breach this Agreement.
